Correct answer is C. When using fixed-price work packages we break the work down into small components that contracted at a fixed price.
This reduces the scope and cost involved in each piece of work being estimated. The work can be estimated at the work package level, which allows the supplier to update costs as new details emerge.
The customer can reprioritize work packages based on these evolving costs. “Kanban vendor contract” is a made-up term, and traditional vendor contract wouldn’t allow you to reprioritize remaining work.
We don’t have enough information to assume that the organization’s standard contract would allow you to do that, either.
