This is a risk that can occur anytime on the project and on any project. Anyone may have to take an unplanned leave.
Agile values the work/life balance of the team members and never recommends to spend extra hours unless and until some critical situation has come.
For such scenarios, they most no to as Agile teams should be able to work on a constant pace indefinitely.
Getting a new resource for couple of days doesn’t make sense as he/she need to be trained about the project first.
The best option is to deliver what the team can, it may impact velocity for this iteration but that is ok.
